On Human Values & what it means to a woman of today

NGO-Developing Indigenous Resources (DIR) strives to improve life-standards of the underprivileged society by empowering them & providing educational & nutritional meals to malnutrition kids, hence monitoring and providing timely guidance

Our Objective – To provide a 60 mins session on “Human Values & what it means to a woman of today” Team Chandigarh Chapter on March 8 ,2018 to mark Women’s Day .
to 30 DIR women employees as they impact & touch about 17000 people in society

Session Description

The session included the definition of Success as measured by today’s society where Power-Popularity-Paisa define success. However without Values there is no meaning of success. Values are key ingredients of how we behave/react & take decisions even in the toughest of the environment.

Success stories of powerful Indian Women (Indra Nooyi, Chanda Kochar, Arundati Bhattacharya, Tessy Thomas, Arunima Sinha) were shared. Session ended with a Motivational video, which left all the participants feeling more Energetic,Powerful & Motivated.

A postcard was handed over to all participants to ensure they exhibit their Values through their Attitude,Beliefs & Choices and most important to believe in themselves.

Ms Harsimran Kaur conducted a session “Celebrate Womanhood -Be Yourself ‘ for women of a club The pointers of the session were self esteem & importance of personal image management and the Elements of Image management.
