As part of the Clothes for a Smile activity, IMPA Pune collected over 900 clothes over 3 days. The clothes have been donated to NGOs in Pune My Tribal village and Apla ghar. Some clothes have also been donated to Apang school- Aurangabad and Laxmi nagar underprivileged community. A few clothes have been donated to some of the support staff at ICBI, Pune.
The IMPA members namely Dipti Divekar, Sindhu Singh, Pallavi Kaushik, Micky Gill and Priyanka gaur along with Praveena and Sherrin Mehta were of great support during these 3 days of ‘Clothes for a smile’ project. The team ensured quality check was maintained for all the clothes and the details were maintained in the register. Many ICBI consultants, students gave generous donations of clothes and we also received clothes from the residents of societies.
