With over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, Poonam began her career as a Fashion Designer and later transitioned into Fashion Styling, collaborating with celebrities, fashion houses, content production studios, ad agencies, and fashion gaming. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with individuals and organizations, helping them enhance their personal and professional presence through grooming, communication, and appearance management.  In addition to that, Poonam is also a trainer with ICBI, where she conducts soft skills sessions that empower individuals to refine their communication and achieve their goals. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a creator of intricate Mandala art, reflecting her dedication to mindfulness, precision, and creativity. She also finds joy & inspiration in traveling and exploring diverse cultures. Poonam believes that “Self-love & self-development are the most beautiful journeys of life.” Guided by this philosophy, she is passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their best selves and continuously grow. Her approachable nature and innovative approach make her a driving force in creating a thriving and collaborative community. And she is committed to bringing fresh perspectives and out-of-the-box initiatives to the Bangalore Chapter, ensuring its members grow and succeed together.

Chhavi Gupta brings over 7 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked with leading organizations such as LinkedIn, American Express, and BlueJeans. Her corporate journey has given her strong insight into professional communication, executive presence, and personal branding in high-performance environments. She is the founder of Charisma Craft, where she works with individuals and organizations to build confidence, improve communication, and refine personal and professional presence. Chhavi believes that charisma is a learnable skill and is passionate about helping people show up authentically and powerfully. Approachable and growth-driven, Chhavi is committed to contributing fresh perspectives and meaningful engagement within the IMPA community, supporting members in their journey of continuous development.

Nidhisha Suvarna is a Biotech Engineer by qualification and was recognised among the Top 100 start-ups in Karnataka to receive government funding for her research work. While she is grateful for that chapter in her life, she eventually chose to follow what truly inspired her - grooming, styling, and helping people build a confident presence.

After completing her Image Consulting course with ICBI in 2024, she took on her first South Indian bridal styling project and soon realised that bridal styling was her true forte. Over the past year, she has styled multiple brides across South India, curated brand shoots, and worked closely with leading jewellery brands and designer labels for campaigns and editorial styling.

Alongside bridal work, she conducts corporate trainings and workshops on grooming, hygiene, etiquette, and refined executive presence, and has also trained hospital and corporate teams on creating strong first impressions. These projects have reinforced her belief that appearance, body language and how you communicate play a powerful role in transforming confidence.

Nidhisha values teamwork, dedication, passion for growth, decision-making abilities and hopes to bring these strengths into the IMPA community.
