Chetna modi, born and raised in chennai is a 7 gold medalist in Bsc.Microbiology, she further went on to pursue a master's degree in Hospital administration.  She is a certified sound healer and a landmark graduate. She also curated a yearly planner "Goal Digger".  Books are her best friend and she loves to travel. A mother of 2 adorable kids her biggest support system are husband and parents.  Her happiness mantra for life is to wake up with a grateful heart.

The identity strategist, based in Chennai, has spent the better part of a decade turning that premise into a practice, one built around what he calls the TriPresence framework: Look, Behave, Communicate. Davis's path to identity coaching was anything but linear. Trained as a mechanical engineer and later armed with an MBA in Marketing and International Business earned in France, he cut his professional teeth in banking before stepping into his family's manufacturing business, where he took on the unglamorous work of modernizing operations. It's a background heavier on spreadsheets and shop floors than on style, which, colleagues say, is exactly what gives his coaching its edge: less performance, more structure. That structure now shows up at scale. Davis has trained more than 5,000 professionals across Tamil Nadu in personal branding, communication, and workplace readiness, holding certifications in NLP, psychology, counseling, and DEI along the way. As an active member of BNI, he sits at the center of the very community whose standards he helps set, part practitioner, part institution builder.

She currently serves as a Manager – Supply Chain Planning, where she drives digital transformation, predictive analytics, and scalable solutions across eight global facilities. Her career journey began as a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar, where she gained deep exposure to shopfloor operations, process engineering, and people leadership. Over the years, she advanced through roles such as Process Engineer, Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, Supplier Quality Manager, Procurement Engineer, and Supply Chain Performance Manager — each role strengthening her analytical problemsolving and strategic leadership abilities. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Preethika is known for her passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering people. She works closely with students, young
professionals, and crossfunctional teams, offering guidance on communication, soft skills, interview readiness, and professional growth. She is actively involved in Nipuni Career Guidance Program, collaborating with IMPA Chennai Chapter and Avatar Working Mother Group to deliver workshops on image consulting and soft skills development.
As the Chapter Secretary of IMPA Chennai, Preethika contributes to creating learning platforms, community engagement initiatives,and capabilitybuilding programs that help individuals elevate their personal and professional brand. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, intentional living, and bringing out the best in others.
