IMPA Member and Chapter President A trained and highly experienced Image Consultant with over 30 years of experience, and more than 2,50,000 hours of training have been delivered by me to date in the domains of Image Management, Soft Skills training, and Image-related fields, including Fashion and Design. Having trained, guided and advised many corporate and institutional clients, CEOs and individuals in India, the Middle-East, South-East Asia and the United Kingdom, the individual counselling and corporate image management workshops held by me have been appreciated for their focused outcomes.

Chitrakshi Vij is a powerhouse of confidence and transformation, beginning her professional journey in 2013 as an engineering graduate. With 12+ years of expertise across media, PR, sales, and marketing, she found her true calling in Image Management in 2017. Since then, she has empowered over 6,000 individuals globally, including corporate leaders, educators, politicians, and doctors, helping them command influence and credibility. A passionate traveler, she now works extensively with C-suite executives, business owners, and professionals, delivering executive presence, leadership communication, and personal branding programs. Through her unique approach, she enables individuals to harness their inner power, amplify their impact, and lead with confidence. With an unshakable commitment to driving change, Chitrakshi envisions transforming a million lives in the next decade—one leader at a time.

Manisha has conducted various workshops online ranging from self-care, makeup, communication, parenting and grooming and many more with participants from different countries across the globe. She, in her words is a quaintrelle, a poet, and a sophrosyne with an inquisitive soul thus everything creative, artistic, musical, and philosophical intrigues her very much. This interest has also led her to be an author of two internationally published poetry books, "When a Bird Fell in Love with the Moon" and "When the Moon was Smitten by a Bird" along with two other anthologies. Her contributions have been rewarded by her receiving the best Stylist Award 2k22 ( Image & Style icon 2k22) and the Best Debut Author 2021 ( Ne8x literature awards 2021) along with being Awarded best Contribution for Literature ( Ne8x literature awards 2021). She has successfully delivered her services to 100+ women even from across the globe ranging from London, Canada, U.S.A and personified the best in them through one on one client sessions and workshops. Her forte lies in the art of how outfits can be curated within a budget, keeping in mind the needs and wants of a client. Further adding to her talent is her eye for detail as a Stylist and not to be missed her knowledge and know how on skincare. She blends fashion and psychological impressions together to empower her clients to build lasting impressions. She aims to spread awareness of importance of Image Management and empower a minimum of 1000+ women to build healthier self Image.

A seasoned Soft Skills Trainer and L&D professional, he has over two decades of experience in employability and youth empowerment, impacting 500,000+ students across eight states through the Microsoft Skill Development Program with NSDC. As VP of Customer Success at Helios LearnTech, he drives e-learning strategies, leveraging technology to enhance client success. A freelance consultant with strong industry ties, he collaborates with EdTech firms on CSR initiatives and tailored learning solutions. In 2012, he co-founded The 3Beez, a play school in Agra, with his wife. Now, as Secretary of the IMPA Delhi Chapter, he aims to foster meaningful connections and drive impactful contributions in the image management community.
