Krittika Sharda, an accomplished management faculty for Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour with more than 10 years of working experience in educational institutions. She is an MBA in HR and Entrepreneurship, pursuing her PhD in Human Resources. She is also Masters in English Literature. Along with being a faculty, she is also handling the HR of Sharda Agro Sales Corporation. For the past 05 years, she has been conducting soft skills and personality enhancement training for students and faculty development programme for the teachers, in various colleges and universities across India. She has demonstrated strength in developing competitive content for training purposes, follow- ups, & feedback skills and also proven her ability in training & planning –content development, consulting students providing personal counselling. She is truly passionate about training and her professional academic and personal experiences have equipped her to be effective in her future role as an image consultant and core skills trainer. Her ability to teach others, exercise leadership, negotiate and work with people from diverse backgrounds are some of her most important skills as a Soft Skills trainer. An avid reader who believes that discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.

Fascinated by color combinations from a young age, she also understood the power of image and communication in shaping confidence. She firmly believes that image is built from the inside out and has experienced firsthand how self-doubt can hold people back. An accomplished trainer, Ragini, always aspired to create a greater impact by helping individuals realise how incredible they are. Through image consulting, she empowers people to recognize their uniqueness, build confidence, and become the best, most authentic versions of themselves.
