With almost a decade of experience in the mental health industry, Sananda began her career as a Counseling Psychologist along with different other roles like Affiliate psychologist, Guest faculty, Supervisor, Soft skills trainer, mentor collaborating with industry lead professionals , universities and organizations. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with individuals and organizations, helping them enhance their personal and professional self through building their self concept, communication, and appearance management. In addition to that, Sananda is also a trainer with ICBI, where she conducts soft skills sessions that empower individuals to regulate their emotions and achieve their goals. Through the knowledge of human psychology and image management she found a creative way to work with individuals, bringing their inside out with grace. Beyond her professional pursuits, she appreciates arts from diverse perspective. She finds inspiration in traveling and exploring different places and diverse cultures. she is always passionate about working with human mindset and developing that for their larger good. She is helping individuals to create a sustainable self concept and maintain an open mindset.Sananda believes that “You radiate what is resting inside you.” Guided by this philosophy, Her empathetic and assertive approach make her a driving force in creating a thriving and collaborative community. And she is committed to bringing fresh perspectives and out-of-the-box initiatives to the Kolkata Chapter, ensuring its members grow and succeed together.

Debapriya Mukherjee is driven by a passion for growth and development. After completing her graduation in English Honours, she is expanding her expertise in hospitality management through an MBA and refining her skills with soft skill courses. As a confident public speaker, she's excelled in Toastmasters International speech contests, achieving division-level podium finishes not once, but twice. Her leadership prowess is evident in her role as President of Kolkata Toastmasters Club, a testament to her ability to inspire and motivate others.
