Varsha Khule is a Professional Career Counselor and Personal Development Mentor with over 17 years of experience in the corporate engineering and technology sector, and more than 5 years in the education and counseling field. A graduate in Computer Applications, she is passionate about helping individuals—students, professionals, and entrepreneurs—identify their innate potential and align with the right career and personal growth paths. Currently she is pursuing the final semester of MBA in Project Management. 

She is the founder of Omega3 Consultancy Services, a firm dedicated to mentoring and guiding clients through career planning, DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test ) assessments, and customized personal development strategies. She is almost done with her Soft Skills Training Course from ICBI and plans incorporating it in her self and business growth. 

On the spiritual front, Varsha is a certified Pranic Healer and a practitioner of Arhatic Yoga, which brings depth and balance to her holistic approach to mentoring. She also contributes to social impact as a mentor to underprivileged girl students through a respected NGO.

Outside of her professional journey, Varsha finds joy in traveling and exploring new places, enjoys listening to Hindi and Marathi movie songs, and feels most at peace when surrounded by nature. Zahra Nasikwala is an Image consultant and soft skills trainer who began her journey in the world of training and image management at the age of fifteen. As the founder of Ruza, she brings together the art of styling, the science of behavior, and the power of communication to help individuals craft personal images that feel both authentic and impactful.   Currently in her final year of law, Zahra blends analytical precision from her legal studies with creative sensibility and deep empathy, guiding clients to develop an external presence that naturally reflects their inner values and aspirations.
