The IMPA Vadodara Chapter recently curated and executed a spectacular Image, Style, and Soft Skills Retreat — a one-of-a-kind event that had the city buzzing. Every aspect was thoughtfully curated — from onboarding sponsors and organising speaker sessions to setting up engaging evaluation kiosks and welcoming special guests.
Star Guests
Ms Sonali Lele Desai, Actress, Artist and Architect – graced the retreat for the third consecutive year. Her engaging tête-à-tête session and thoughtful walkthrough of each kiosk brought immense value and delight to the event.
Ms Geeta Goradia, Managing Director of Jewel Consumer Care Private Limited, honoured the Retreat as the Guest of Honour. She captivated the audience with her powerful words of wisdom, inspiring everyone to dream bigger, do more, and break free from limiting beliefs.

Look The Part: Led by Nimisha, Asmita, Prakruti and Anushree, this kiosk guided attendees on where to wear what and how — helping them make a statement, leave a lasting impression, and show up as their best selves.
Style Your Shape: Led by Abha, Bhakti, and Vishwa, this kiosk helped participants understand their body shape and select summer-friendly outfits that fit, flatter, and feel fantastic.
Face Shape Evaluation: Led by Riya and Sweety, this kiosk helped attendees identify their face shapes and unlock styling tips for hair, accessories, and eyewear to enhance features and achieve a balanced look.
Colour with Confidence: Led by Nitisha and Hiloni, this kiosk revealed the power of colours — guiding attendees to enhance their look effortlessly by discovering hues that highlight their best features and bring out their natural glow.
Style Me Smart: Led by Khushbu and Devika, this kiosk helped attendees explore their unique style quotient, embrace their individuality, and pick up everyday tips for looking effortlessly attractive.
Soft Skills for Success: Led by Jagruti, Anushree, Aryaman, Amit, Jincy, Sohini, Mahek, and Roopa, this kiosk offered valuable insights into essential soft skills — from communication and problem-solving to interpersonal finesse — empowering participants to thrive in both personal and professional spaces.
