The IMPA Delhi Chapter successfully conducted an online learning session on “AI for Image Management Professionals” on 22nd April 2026 via Zoom, facilitated by Ms. Vidhi Khaitan. The session was designed to help image management professionals understand the practical application of AI tools in their daily work, particularly in areas such as client servicing, content creation, presentations, research, and overall productivity. A key highlight was the emphasis on effective prompting as the foundation for generating accurate and meaningful outputs.

Participants were introduced to tools like ChatGPT, Gamma, Canva AI, and NotebookLM through live demonstrations and easy-to-apply techniques relevant to their professional needs. With participation from 76 attendees and strong engagement throughout, the session received positive feedback for its well-structured content, clarity, and confident delivery. Overall, the session created strong awareness and encouraged participants to begin integrating AI tools into their workflows for enhanced efficiency and impact.
