On 7th February 2021 Hyderabad IMPA Member Nidhi Goel conducted an event ‘Art of Productization’ for new members who are starting out in the industry. It was very well received by all participants – aspiring, budding and senior Image Consultants equally. The session was well planned and structured with interactive activities for the learners to be able to implement the learning in the room. The speaker spoke about how to identify our expertise, focus on that and create products for your target audience. The speaker shared the thought process that goes into creating a product for various services. The 3-step process of productization was very easy to understand for all. All participants were given time to make notes of their own expertise and create their own signature programmes.
