The IMPA GCC Chapter successfully conducted its Monthly Meet, “Beyond the Screen – Building Real Connections,” bringing members together for learning, networking, and meaningful interaction.

The highlight was an expert panel discussion, “Soft Skills from the Other Side of the Table: What HR, Leaders, and Organizations Really Look For,” moderated by Lakshmi Venugopal, with panelists Amrita Chakraverty, Shivanee Deshpande, and Nimisha Jain. The discussion offered practical insights into organizational expectations, trainer credibility, positioning, measurable impact, and evolving workplace needs.

The meet also included interactive activities, including role-play on pitching image consulting services, networking, Q&A, and reflection exercises. With 22 members in attendance, the event created a warm and engaging platform for professional learning, connection, and collaboration.
