On 29th August, the Kolkata Chapter of IMPA organized a motivational session with international speaker Mr. Steve Donofrio on ‘Dream Big, Dare to Fail’ for the members of the association. Steve, an ex-army officer, now leadership and motivational coach, has experience of more than 20 years, in inspiring people to take massive action to bring about massive change. His talk was filled with captivating stories, personal experiences and invaluable insights on how to deal with failure, take personal responsibility, practice proactive positivity and the list goes on. He left all the participants with one thought, that they should – ‘Dream Big and Dare to Fail’.
