Delhi Chapter organised a closing session for 2021, named ‘Image Breakers & Makers of Luxury Hospitality Service’. The response was overwhelming as it was attended in large number. Ms. Renu Mehra (President - Delhi Chapter) & Mr. Ankit Mehra (Secretary - Delhi Chapter), welcomed everyone. Renu, introduced the concept of the subject with anecdotes from her personal life as an Image Consultant.

Our guest speaker, Ms. Parul Sharma, a Hospitality expert, took us through – how to elevate your Image right through checking into a hotel to through food service. The members were given pointers on which check points the hospitality staff ticks to upgrade your service. Simple but detailed ways of ordering an egg for breakfast or a sandwich can enhance your Image.

The appropriate vocabulary used at the right moment keeps the service staff on their toes. The members added to their vocabulary, knowledge and appropriateness of using their knowledge. The feedback was phenomenal and we left on a note of cheer & warm wishes for 2022.
