The session had takeaways for soft skill trainers to conduct sessions as well as build their own profiler highlighting their body of work as Image Consultants and Trainers. The trainer explained well on how to build a profiler for Image Consultants who are at the onset of their journey.

All Participants had positive comments and had takeaways from the session. The common mistakes in Resume’ were highlighted and the resulting damage was explained well. Further the importance of including corresponding key words from job description to resume were explained. It improves the chances of going to the next step in the recruitment process from the Application Tracking System.
