IMPA Ahmedabad Chapter’s Image, Style & Soft Skills Retreat: A Transformative Experience!

The IMPA Ahmedabad Chapter’s Image, Style & Soft Skills Retreat was nothing short of extraordinary, offering a truly transformative experience for all attendees!

Our Ahmedabad team meticulously curated every aspect of the retreat, from a high-energy masterclass to personalised one-on-one consultations designed to ignite insight, style, and self-confidence. The sessions sparked meaningful reflections and empowered participants to embrace their unique style and presence.

One of the highlights of the retreat was Sandhya Anantani’s impactful session on “Radiant & Relevant.” Through her inspiring talk, she shared practical insights on staying gracefully confident and fulfilled in a fast-paced world. Her focus on personal branding, self-care, and inner confidence struck a deep chord with the audience. Interactive activities sparked reflection, self-expression, and meaningful connections—blending quiet introspection with lively exchanges. The session beautifully reinforced that authenticity and presence drive both personal and professional growth. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better—an impromptu dance to Usha Uthup’s “Image Banani Hai” brought everyone together in a joyous celebration!

Evaluation Counters
Throughout the retreat, attendees explored a series of thoughtfully curated evaluation counters, each designed to offer deeper personal insights:

  • Body Shape Evaluation: Guided by Prina Thakkar and Priyal Vithalani Talvaiya , attendees learned to understand their body shapes using silhouette charts, visual aids, and outfits from the Anaya Multi-designer Store.
  • Colour Analysis: Led by Meena Jagwani, this counter introduced participants to the power of personal colours. Through draping and fabric swatches, attendees found the hues that enhanced their natural glow and supported a cohesive wardrobe.
  • Face Shape Analysis: Yogita Sethi and Twinkle Shah used mirrors, face charts, jewellery, and sunglasses to offer personalised tips on hairstyles, accessories, and eyewear, all aimed at highlighting facial features and achieving balance.
  • Lifestyle Evaluation: With Jyoti Arora’s thoughtful guidance, attendees assessed whether their wardrobes aligned with their current lifestyles. Using checklists and questionnaires, they identified ways to make more intentional and aligned wardrobe choices.
  • Soft Skills Assessment: Saloni Parikh and Neelu Gattani led an interactive counter focused on body language, communication style, and professional presence. Through role-play and worksheets, participants received actionable feedback to elevate their personal and professional impact.

Our member consultants connected personally with every participant—offering practical advice, boosting confidence, and helping redefine self-image in a way that felt both empowering and real.

Kudos to all our incredible member consultants who brought their passion, dedication, and expertise to each evaluation counter and Yogita and Prina for thoughtfully curating and coordinating this impactful experience. Your hard work made this retreat unforgettable!
