The IMPA Bangalore Chapter recently organised a highly enriching session on Posture Power – A Posture Management Workshop for Trainers and Consultants, led by Mr Vidhu Mahana, a certified Strength and Nutrition Coach known for his holistic and sustainable approach to health and fitness.
Vidhu captivated the audience with a powerful and engaging session focused on posture science. He emphasised how posture significantly affects physical well-being, mental health, self-image, and confidence. His ability to blend scientific concepts with simplicity made the session highly interactive, relatable, and memorable.
Participants actively identified common poor postures, explored their underlying causes, and understood the physical and psychological consequences they lead to. Vidhu then demonstrated practical posture correction and strengthening exercises—ideal for trainers, consultants, and professionals who spend long hours at their desks. His toolkit included desk-friendly movements and mobility drills that can be seamlessly incorporated into everyday routines.
The session wrapped up with the dynamic World’s Greatest Stretch, a powerful technique to reset the body and refresh the mind.
The morning concluded with a delightful breakfast, offering participants the perfect opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections.
