The Chandigarh Chapter successfully conducted the “Maid in Heaven” training program at Willow Tree Smart School, Panchkula, across two branches — Sector 12A and Sector 5, MDC Phase 3. The session was designed for the school’s support staff, including housekeeping personnel, peons, drivers, and school nannies.
The training focused on personal grooming, hygiene, professional appearance, emergency handling, and proper dining etiquette, emphasizing how these essential skills contribute to a safe, respectful, and professional school environment. Participants were guided on maintaining cleanliness, responding calmly during emergencies, and following appropriate dining and serving etiquette while interacting with students and staff.
The session was highly interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions and sharing their experiences. They appreciated the practical, easy-to-implement tips and felt motivated and valued through the learning experience. Many participants expressed that the session helped build their confidence and enhanced their understanding of professional conduct in a school setting.
