The IMPA Kolkata Chapter conducted a “Made in Heaven” session on “Grooming & Hygiene” at Army Public School, Ballygunge, facilitated by Namrata Shaw, Image & Presence Consultant and Deputy Secretary, IMPA Kolkata Chapter.

The session focused on personal hygiene, daily grooming, appropriate workwear, and maintaining a professional appearance. Through an educational video, a practical handwashing demonstration, and interactive discussions, participants explored how consistent grooming habits contribute to confidence, professional conduct, and building trust and respect in their interactions with children.

The session encouraged school support staff to adopt practical hygiene habits and strengthen their personal presentation and professional presence in the workplace.
