The session covered key risk factors, including age and family history, and clarified the difference between routine screening and diagnostic imaging. Participants gained insights into mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and the BI-RADS scoring system, helping them better understand screening options and medical reports. The importance of seeking medical advice promptly when noticing any breast changes was also emphasised.

To encourage early detection and access to care, participants received discount coupons for mammograms, along with offers for free gynaecological consultations and physical examinations. The session helped promote informed health decisions and greater awareness of breast cancer screening and prevention.
