On 24th September 2021 Surat chapter organised a learning event on ‘Psychology behind tattooing, piercing etc’ by Ms. Smita Ghosh. Some shocking revelations were made by the speaker about body modification. The speaker highlighted that we read a person through his appearance because tattoos have their own language. Tattooing can cause diabetes because of too much bitterness. Tattooing and piercing are form of self-injury and can reveal underlying mental illness too.
