The speakers began by highlighting the importance of well-fitted lingerie and its impact on comfort, appearance, and self-assurance. Participants learned about the anatomy of a bra, bra sizing, sister sizing, and observed a practical demonstration on measuring the correct size.

Different bra types were explored based on construction, neckline, coverage, and functionality, with guidance for heavy-bust and smaller-bust clients. Participants also gained tips on choosing bras for various outfits and selecting appropriate colors under different clothing.

A pictorial demonstration on wearing a bra correctly was followed by insights on panty types, selection criteria, wash-care, and accessories. Popular lingerie myths were addressed, leaving participants with accurate and practical knowledge.

The session concluded with Chapter Secretary Chhavi Gupta sharing how consultants can apply these insights during client consultations, emphasizing maturity, sensitivity, and professionalism in discussing lingerie with clients.
