The Art Of Auditory Intelligence (Track 1)

The IMPA GCC Chapter successfully conducted a virtual learning session titled “The Art of Auditory Intelligence (Track 1),” facilitated by Shina Rai.

The session highlighted the importance of effective listening in both personal and professional environments, covering concepts such as Combative and Generative Listening, the HURIER Framework, Attention and Retention Decay, Empathetic Resonance, and the role of listening in building stronger relationships and workplace communication.

Through interactive activities, practical examples, and engaging discussions, participants explored how active and empathetic listening can improve communication, strengthen professional relationships, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance decision-making. The session also emphasized the value of understanding unspoken emotions, non-verbal cues, and listening beyond words.

The highly interactive session was well received by participants, who gained valuable insights and practical strategies to become more effective and emotionally intelligent listeners in both their personal and professional lives.
