It was a fun filled session with a lot of role plays. The trainers delivery style was very unique. She ensured participation from all and at the same time made sure that all of them were are ease. The exercises & techniques which were made to practice during the session are extremely useful for consultants/trainers as we need to have an expressive voice in order to resonate & connect with our clients/audiences.
