Bangalore Chapter Members Conduct 'Exam Mastery Bootcamp' – A Stress & Time Management Workshop at Government High School, Gunjur

The IMPA Bangalore Chapter successfully organised an engaging and impactful Exam Mastery Bootcamp at Government High School, Gunjur, to equip students with essential stress and time management skills for academic success. Led by Ritu Khandelwal, Anoushka Makhija, and Niveditha, the workshop provided an interactive and enriching experience for all participants.

Key Highlights of the Session

Understanding Stress & Overcoming It
Students explored the effects of exam stress and learned practical strategies such as meditation, deep breathing, and positive affirmations to enhance focus and resilience. The session also emphasised the importance of nutrition and quality sleep in managing stress effectively.

Mastering Time Management for Success
Students analysed Stephen Covey’s Time Management Quadrants, gaining insights into task prioritisation. Hands-on exercises on creating to-do lists and structured study schedules helped them develop better productivity habits.

Engagement Through Activities
An icebreaker session encouraged students to share their exam challenges, fostering a supportive environment.
The One Small Change Challenge motivated them to commit to one impactful habit for better stress and time management.

Over 50 students actively participated as they shared personal struggles and embraced new strategies. Many committed to implementing the techniques discussed, gaining renewed confidence in handling academic pressure.
