Maid in Heaven Session by IMPA Bangalore Chapter

We are thrilled to share the success of the Maid in Heaven session of the Bangalore Chapter at a gated society. The event was attended by 17 participants and was conducted by Bhavna Manu Batra and Hema Yadav. They executed the session flawlessly, thoughtfully planning every detail. Their teamwork, enthusiasm, and positive energy kept the session engaging and impactful from start to finish.

The session opened with a warm welcome, appreciating participants' everyday efforts. An interactive icebreaker then helped everyone connect and feel comfortable. Bhavna and Hema introduced the program and its purpose, focusing on key areas such as grooming and hygiene, serving guests and members at home, language and expressions, cleaning maintenance, and handling emergencies. The session featured fun quizzes, activities, and games, which helped reinforce learning while maintaining high levels of interactivity. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates to the participants, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks.

The feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive. They were engaged and happy throughout the session.
