Empowering Aspiring Aviation Professionals in collaboration with Sun Foundation

Our dynamic member, Neha Mehta,  took the lead in a series of transformative training sessions held at the Multi Skill Development Center in Amritsar, in collaboration with the Sun Foundation.

Neha’s sessions were meticulously crafted to empower aspiring airline professionals with essential skills, including communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and flight operations. 

But these sessions were about more than just skills—they were about unlocking potential, building confidence, and preparing participants to soar toward their dreams in the aviation industry.
