Exploring Career Paths and Industries

The Chandigarh Chapter successfully conducted a CSR Career Development Workshop on 11th May 2026, facilitated by Guneet Mann.

The session focused on “Exploring Career Paths & Industries” for undergraduate and postgraduate students, helping them gain greater clarity and awareness around career planning and decision-making. The workshop began with discussions on identity and self-awareness, followed by an exploration of career options, industries, and the importance of the 3 P’s — Passion, Purpose, and Personality — in making informed career choices.

Students were also introduced to the SWOT analysis framework to help them better understand their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. The interactive discussions encouraged self-reflection, practical thinking, and meaningful engagement throughout the session.

The workshop was well received by the students, whose active participation reflected their curiosity, ambition, and openness towards structured career guidance. Overall, the initiative emerged as a meaningful and insightful CSR activity, supporting students in building self-awareness and confidence as they navigate their future career journeys.
