Self Leadership, Goal Setting and Personal Growth

The IMPA Chapter conducted a CSR workshop on “Self Leadership, Goal Setting and Personal Growth” for Grade 12 girls, facilitated by Himshikha Singhi.

The session focused on self-awareness, strengths, values, decision-making, career exploration, SMART goals, and habit building. Through interactive activities and reflections, participants gained practical tools to approach their post-Class XII choices with greater clarity, confidence, and responsibility.
