Maid in Heaven

IMPA Chennai Chapter conducted a Maid in Heaven session at Kauvery Hospital, Trichy. The session was conducted for the Housekeeping staff of the hospital. A total of 46 participants attended the Maid in Heaven training in two batches of 23 participants in each session.

All the participants, including management shared positive feedback post the session and look forward to such learning events in the future which enhance their skills and confidence. 

The session was facilitated by Ms. Disha Caroline.

'Maid in Heaven' is a one-of-a-kind CSR Initiative created by Image Management Professionals' Association. The objectives of Maid in Heaven initiative are:

• To impart and upskill participants to finer aspects of basic housekeeping, grooming, manners, and communication
• To empower participants to earn better avenues with knowledge & inputs given
• Such initiatives build a lot of enthusiasm among members as they get an opportunity to give back to the society by imparting training & mentoring people from different socio-economic backgrounds
