Delhi Chapter Hosts First CSR Initiative of 2026 in collaboration with CEHRO NGO

The Delhi Chapter marked the beginning of 2026 with its first CSR initiative — a deeply meaningful session titled “मैं ऊर्जा हूँ” at CEHRO NGO, Village Munirka.

Facilitated by Mr. Vineet Arora and Ms. Geeta Bhayana, the workshop centered on Self Identity and Self Worth, creating a safe and empowering space for underprivileged women with limited access to formal education and opportunities for self-expression.

Designed as an experiential engagement, the session guided participants to recognize their inherent dignity, strength, and untapped potential. Through reflective activities and shared conversations, the women began to see themselves not through limitations, but through possibility.

What began with 30–35 participants soon grew to over 50 — a testament to the energy and resonance of the session. More importantly, visible qualitative shifts were observed: improved confidence, stronger voice clarity, better eye contact, and wholehearted collective participation.

By the end of the workshop, the affirmation “मैं ऊर्जा हूँ” had organically transformed into a powerful shared declaration — not just a statement, but a belief embraced with conviction.
