Healthy Digital Habits

The IMPA Delhi Chapter successfully conducted a CSR session on “Healthy Digital Habits” in collaboration with YETI at Soami Nagar Model School for 34 students of Classes XI and XII.

The session was facilitated by Shweta and Savleen and focused on helping students build a healthier relationship with technology through self-awareness, mindful digital choices, and responsible online behaviour.

Through interactive discussions, role plays, reflection activities, and practical examples, students explored topics such as social media pressure, digital wellbeing, privacy, screen-time balance, and healthy technology habits. The session encouraged active participation and meaningful self-reflection on personal technology use.

Overall, the initiative was well received, with students demonstrating excellent engagement and leaving with a personal commitment to adopt healthier digital habits in their daily lives.
