The IMPA Delhi Chapter conducted a CSR session on “Interview Skills” at YETI for approximately 50 students from Classes 11–12 and college level. The session was facilitated by Ms. Sadaf Khan and Ms. Rashi Sachdeva.

The session was designed to equip participants with essential interview skills, self-awareness, and confidence required for college readiness. It focused on helping students identify their strengths, improve communication, and develop a positive mindset toward handling rejection and setbacks. Through structured activities and guided reflection, participants explored interview expectations, first impressions, and effective communication. A SWOT-based approach enabled them to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, while discussions on mindset helped them reframe failure as an opportunity for growth.

The session witnessed active participation and engagement, with students demonstrating improved clarity and confidence in responding to interview situations.
