Workplace Readiness and Trust building

The Delhi Chapter successfully conducted a CSR session on “Work Readiness & Trust Building” on 22nd April 2026 at Munirka Village for married women learning stitching and aspiring to work and earn an income.

The session was facilitated by Gitika Bhagat and co-facilitated by Ikliv Kaur. The initiative focused on building awareness around trust, responsibility, punctuality, accountability, workplace communication, grooming, and professional behavior.

Through interactive discussions and role plays based on real-life workplace situations, participants gained valuable insights into professional discipline, respectful communication, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude at work.

The session helped participants understand that trust, consistency, honesty, and behavior are equally important as technical skills in creating long-term workplace success and employability.
