IMPA Hyderabad x Kriti Social Initiatives — Empowering Through Knowledge

The IMPA Hyderabad Chapter partnered with Kriti Social Initiatives, a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting underprivileged women and children in Hyderabad through education and skills training.

IMPA Hyderabad members — Shilpa Bhimireddy, Srinidhi Rao, Rakhee Madhekar, and Harika Akula — conducted a series of impactful and transformative training sessions designed to empower participants with essential personal and professional skills.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including Communication, Presentation, Classroom Management, First Impressions, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching & Feedback, Adaptability, and Creativity. This comprehensive approach aimed to strengthen the participants’ confidence, interpersonal abilities, and readiness for future opportunities.

The initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both the NGO team and the student trainers and teachers who attended. IMPA Hyderabad continues to take pride in creating meaningful collaborations that drive social change through the power of image, education, and empowerment.
