IMPA Hyderabad members  conducted a series of impactful CSR sessions under the Digi Udaan program and collaborations with schools and NGOs, equipping young trainees with essential personal and professional skills.

Social Media Etiquette
Nafisa led a session on social media etiquette, teaching participants the importance of professionalism, respect, and boundaries online, along with responsible content sharing and understanding the long-term impact of digital footprints on careers.

Presentation Skills
Padmini Kashyap led a session on presentation skills and interview readiness, helping them build confidence, overcome fear of speaking, and prepare effectively for interviews, empowering them to envision financial independence.

Body Language, Voice & Diction
Rashleen Kukreja conducted a session on body language, voice, and diction, guiding trainees on confident posture, gestures, eye contact, voice modulation, and reducing hesitation, leaving them more self-aware and assured in communication.

Goal Setting and Planning
Srinivas guided participants on goal setting, planning, and prioritization, focusing on SMART goals, structured study schedules, and strategies for balancing strengths and challenges effectively.

These sessions were highly engaging and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from trainees, educators, and NGO teams.
