Phone Etiquette, WhatsApp Etiquette, and Email Etiquette

The IMPA Kolkata Chapter conducted a CSR session for employees of The Asiatic Society, Kolkata, focusing on Phone Etiquette, WhatsApp Etiquette, and Email Etiquette.

The session was facilitated by Mrs. Sunita Satpati and Ms. Debapriya Mukherjee and saw active participation from around 21 employees. Conducted primarily in Hindi and Bengali, with some English, the session focused on practical and effective communication etiquette for the workplace.
