We are delighted to share that the Kolkata Chapter recently hosted an impactful session in partnership with S.V.S Vidyalaya, a historic institution that began as the first Hindi medium school in Northeastern India and has since transitioned to an English medium school. Established 114 years ago and designed by Mr. Winston Ash, the visionary behind the Victoria Memorial, the school holds a special place in the region's educational landscape.
The session, titled "Liberating Oneself and Peer Pressure," was curated and conducted by Tanuka Bhattacharya and Rita Walia. Through engaging interactive activities like mirroring and visualization, the session captivated and involved 40 students, teachers, the principal, and administrative staff.
The feedback from all participants was overwhelmingly positive, underscoring the session’s success and impact.
Kudos to Tanuka, Rita, and Team Kolkata for their dedication and selfless efforts in making a meaningful difference and creating a lasting impact!
