Our passionate and committed members from the Mumbai Chapter conducted a series of enriching sessions in collaboration with KEF. These sessions focused on skill development, personal growth, and professional empowerment. Here's a look at the impactful sessions that took place:
Mind Mapping: Radhhika Tadkkod, Priyanka Gupta, and Nishi Shukla helped KEF scholars unlock their potential through mind mapping! Participants gained clarity, enhanced retention, and transformed complex concepts into engaging learning experiences by visually organising ideas.
Negotiation Skills: Renuka Rajagopalan, Vinath Hegde, Radhhika Tadkkod, and Nishi Shukla led an insightful session on negotiation skills, teaching participants how to resolve conflicts, secure opportunities, and foster collaboration for win-win outcomes, paving the way for smarter decisions and stronger relationships.
Modal Verbs: Amee Doshi, Aparna Yadav, and Jasmeen Refai helped participants refine their communication skills by mastering modal verbs! The session empowered attendees to speak confidently and clearly, expressing possibilities and making polite requests with precision.
Perfecting 'Have' and 'Has': Tanya Dogra and Jasmeen Refai made grammar simple and engaging, helping participants master the correct usage of these fundamental verbs! Attendees left with enhanced communication skills and greater confidence in their fluency.
Resume Building & Cover Letter Writing Workshop: Natasha Gomes and Nishi Shukla guided participants in crafting effective resumes and cover letters. The session covered tailoring resumes, highlighting achievements, and writing personalised cover letters. With hands-on exercises and feedback, attendees refined their drafts and gained confidence.
Conflict Management: Radhhika Tadkkod, Sumitha Nair, and Vinath Hegde led a session on conflict management, teaching strategies to resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and maintain positive relationships. Participants walked away with practical tools for handling challenges in both professional and personal settings.
Design Thinking: Nishi Shukla led a session on Design Thinking, teaching participants to solve complex problems with empathy, ideation, and prototyping. Attendees learned how to create innovative, user-centered solutions, fostering creativity and real-world problem-solving skills.
Past Tense & Present Tense: Aparna Yadav and Jasmeen Refai led a dynamic session on mastering past and present tenses. Participants learned how to use these tenses to convey time and actions accurately in their communication, enhancing the participant's fluency and confidence in speaking and writing.
