IMPA Mumbai Chapter collaborated with the Kotak Foundation and conducted a series of impactful training sessions for undergraduate students. These sessions equipped participants with essential knowledge and skills to navigate their academic, professional, and personal growth with confidence.

Speaking Skills: Led by Nishi Shukla, Renuka Rajgopalan, Vinath Hegde, Shaifali Singh, Smruti, Jasmeen Refai, and Sumitha Nair, these sessions focused on improving verbal communication, articulation, and clarity in public speaking. Students also learned techniques for confidence-building, enhancing body language, and delivering impactful self-introductions.
CV Formatting: Nishi Shukla guided students in creating compelling CVs that effectively highlight their skills and experiences. The session also covered the differences between a CV and a résumé, helping students tailor their applications to various job roles.
Gender Sensitisation: Sumitha Nair and Nishi Shukla facilitated meaningful discussions on breaking gender biases, fostering inclusivity, and promoting respect in workplaces and society.
Courses & Internships: Nishi Shukla provided valuable insights into career opportunities, relevant courses, and internship programs. Students received guidance on application processes, networking strategies, and gaining industry exposure.
Presentation Skills: Radhika Rajgopalan, Vinath Hegde, and Manisha trained students on structuring presentations, using body language effectively, and engaging audiences with confidence. The session also offered practical tips for delivering impactful presentations in interviews, academic settings, and corporate environments.
