Self-Awareness, Personal Hygiene & Self-Care, Self-Esteem and Positive Self-Image, Confidence Building, and Effective Communication

The IMPA Mumbai Chapter, in collaboration with Happy Feet Foundation, Chembur, conducted a series of CSR sessions for students across the age groups of 10–16 and 16–25 years.

The sessions covered Self-Awareness, Personal Hygiene & Self-Care, Self-Esteem and Positive Self-Image, Confidence Building, and Effective Communication. Six IMPA volunteers—Revathi Shekhar, Neha Anand, Pooja Khosla, Jyoti Shukla, Vishakha Lowekar, and Priyanka Maheshwari—facilitated the sessions across the different age groups.

The sessions were interactive and adapted to the needs of the participants through games, role plays, discussions, and practical activities. The experience also provided valuable opportunities for the trainers, including some conducting their first sessions, to build confidence, adapt to different situations, and learn through hands-on facilitation.

Overall, the initiative created a meaningful space for children and young adults to explore self-worth, confidence, communication, and personal growth.
