Kalyani Joshi, the dynamic Chapter Secretary of IMPA Pune, led an engaging session on anger management for patients at the Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre. The topic, specifically chosen for its importance for addiction recovery, the session aimed to help participants recognize, understand, and manage their emotions.
The session offered a detailed understanding of anger, explaining how its symptoms manifest in the body and introducing immediate and long-term management strategies. The patients actively engaged by sharing personal experiences and discussing the impact of anger on their lives.
