IMPA Pune Chapter collaborates with Muktangan Rehabilitation for a session on Creativity, Solutions, and Decisions

Pune Chapter commenced its CSR journey for 2025 on an inspiring note with a transformative session on Creativity, Solutions, and Decisions at Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre, Yerawada, Pune. Rohini Dhage, a seasoned Soft Skills Trainer and one of the most enthusiastic members of the Pune Chapter conducted the session.

Recognising that challenges—big or small—are a part of life, Rohini focused on equipping participants with a structured approach to problem-solving. She introduced the SCAM framework (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify), encouraging attendees to explore different perspectives, rethink strategies, and develop innovative solutions. Through this engaging activity, participants gained valuable insights into how creative thinking fosters more informed and effective decision-making.

With her signature energy and enthusiasm, Rohini ensured the session was interactive and stimulating. A combination of PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, and lively discussions kept the audience engaged, encouraging them to think outside the box and embrace new possibilities.

Adding to the spirit of collaboration, IMPA Pune members and Chapter Heads actively participated, volunteering their support and reinforcing the chapter’s unwavering commitment to social impact.

Kudos to Rohini for her dedication and passion in making a difference in a sensitive group
