IMPA Pune Chapter collaborates with Muktangan Rehabilitation for a session on Getting Job Ready

We are immensely proud of the ongoing impactful collaboration between the IMPA Pune Chapter and the Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre, established by Mr. P.L. Deshpande in 1986. This center is renowned for its dedicated efforts in overcoming alcohol and drug addiction.  IMPA Pune Chapter President Nikita Sankeshwar-Gorde led an engaging and impactful session on Getting Job-Ready using a facilitative approach. She guided participants through various self-reflection exercises, activities, and role plays, making the session interactive and dynamic.

This session aimed to empower individuals post-rehabilitation, helping them build the confidence and skills necessary to re-enter the workforce with renewed energy.

Nikita's thoughtful approach and insights created a safe and encouraging atmosphere, enabling participants to explore their potential and prepare for the next chapter of their lives.

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for the valuable lessons and practical takeaways provided during the session.

The session was supported by Chapter Members Rohini Dhage, Pallavi Bengeri, Meera Seth & Nidhika Sudan, and Chapter Leads Kalyani Joshi & Pooja Kamble.

Kudos to Nikita for her impactful contribution and for making a difference for this sensitive group!
