IMPA Pune Chapter’s hosts a CSR Session on Goal Setting at Muktangan

The 30th CSR session at Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre was successfully conducted on 22nd January 2026 by Falguni Panchamatia, a  member of the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA) Pune Chapter, on the empowering topic of “Goal Setting.”

As the first CSR session of the year, Goal Setting was thoughtfully chosen to help participants step into 2026 with clarity, direction, and renewed purpose.

The session covered key aspects including:

- The importance of goal setting

- Understanding the difference between short-term and long-term goals

- An introduction to SMART goals and how to frame them effectively

The session began with a fun and experiential activity titled “Ball in the Bin.” This engaging exercise beautifully demonstrated the importance of clarity and focus while setting goals. Participants experienced firsthand how intention and direction significantly influence outcomes.

Another impactful activity encouraged participants to frame their personal goals in the form of a story. This creative exercise fostered reflection, emotional connection, and ownership of their aspirations, making goal-setting both meaningful and memorable.

The session witnessed active participation and heartfelt sharing, setting a positive and motivated tone for the year ahead.

The session was attended and supported by Chapter Member Shreya Samtani and Chapter Leads Varsha Khule, Zahra Nasikwala, along with Chapter President Kavita Madani, ensuring a smooth and enriching learning experience.

Kudos to Falguni and Team IMPA Pune for delivering a session that inspires clarity, commitment, and confident action toward personal growth.
