The IMPA Pune Chapter continues its impactful CSR journey with another thoughtfully curated session at Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre, led by Dr Awanti Dhadphale, Homoeopathic Consultant and Counsellor.
Dr Awanti shared valuable insights on the significance of building self-motivation skills and highlighted how both intrinsic and extrinsic factors influence our drive to move forward. The session encouraged participants to explore what truly inspires them, while introducing simple and effective strategies to nurture motivation in everyday life.
To conclude, an engaging Motivation Hot Seat activity invited each participant to commit to a personal goal, offering a practical and meaningful takeaway. The session emphasised that motivation, when cultivated with intention, can evolve into a powerful lifelong habit.
Chapter Members Alka Singh and Nikita Gorde, along with Chapter Secretary Varsha Khule and Chapter President Kavita Madani, supported this initiative and ensured a fulfilling learning experience through their collaborative efforts.
Kudos to Dr Awanti for delivering an enriching session, and to Team IMPA Pune for consistently fostering positive change and empowerment — one session at a time.
