IMPA Pune Chapter’s hosts a CSR Session on The Broken Cup: Rebuilding Trust at Muktangan

The 28th CSR session at Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre was successfully conducted by IMPA Pune member Nikita Sankeshwar Gorde on the topic “The Broken Cup: Rebuilding Trust.”

The session focused on understanding how broken trust affects relationships and how it can be rebuilt through honesty, patience, and consistency. The opening activity, The Broken Cup, illustrated that trust, once broken, can be repaired, though the cracks remain as reminders. Through reflective discussions, participants learned that people’s reactions often stem from hurt or fear, not hatred. The concluding activity, The Trust Ladder, emphasized that rebuilding trust is a gradual process—each small promise kept adds another step toward stronger, healthier relationships.

The session was attended and supported by Chapter Members Sonali Bhagwat, Swapna Menon, Pallavi Bengeri, and Falguni Panchamtia, along with Chapter Secretaries Varsha Khule and Zahra Nasikwala, and Chapter President Kavita Madani, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.

Kudos to Nikita and Team IMPA Pune for delivering a meaningful session that inspires reflection, growth, and stronger connections in the community.
