IMPA Pune leads reflective session on Self-Love in collaboration with Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre

The IMPA Pune Chapter conducted an enriching CSR session on Self-Love for the residents of Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre. Ms. Varsha Khule, a Career Counselor and Personal Development Mentor, skillfully facilitated the session with a blend of insight, empathy, and clarity.

The session on Self-Love was interactive, reflective, and deeply engaging. Varsha captivated the audience with thought-provoking questions, encouraging participants to explore their inner selves. She introduced the concept of self-love with clarity, using a simple yet impactful role-play to depict the internal conversation between positive and negative thoughts — making the abstract relatable and real.

She emphasised that Self-Love begins with Self-Awareness and Self-Care, guiding participants through an insightful activity that helped them connect with these ideas in a meaningful way. The session concluded with practical and actionable tips on how to integrate self-love into everyday life. Her minimal yet professional PowerPoint presentation served as an effective visual aid, keeping the focus on interaction and introspection.

The energy in the room was vibrant, and the participants responded with enthusiasm — a sentiment reflected in the positive feedback shared after the session.

Fellow chapter members Ms Rohini Dhage, along with Chapter Leads — Ms Kalyani Joshi, Ms Pooja Kamble, and Ms Kavita Madani, actively supported the session.

Kudos to Varsha for delivering such a thought-provoking session and to Team IMPA Pune for consistently creating meaningful change — one session at a time.
