The Image Cycle and Confidence

The IMPA Pune Chapter successfully conducted the 34th CSR session at Muktangan Rehabilitation Centre on the topic “The Image Cycle and Confidence.”

Facilitated by Shrruti Clarence, the session focused on the relationship between self-image, thoughts, actions, and confidence. Through interactive discussions and self-reflection activities, participants explored ways to build self-esteem, develop positive habits, and strengthen self-belief.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation and meaningful engagement, leaving attendees with practical insights to enhance their confidence and personal growth. The initiative was supported by Chapter Members Falguni, Kavita, and Chapter Lead Varsha Khule.
