Personality Development and Spoken English

IMPA Thane chapter members have taken up training for the nurses and assist staff of a small medical clinic. The nurses and assist staff belong to the underprivileged category and the training would help them to enhance their skills, like Personality Development and Spoken English, which they could not normally afford.

Seema Lahiri, conducted the first session and explained the importance of Image of the staff in a medical unit and the credibility factor which needs to be projected to satisfy the anxiety of the patients. The second session was conducted by Srija Bhusari, who trained them on simple conversational skills and spoken English exercises. The sessions would continue on a weekly basis for five to six weeks.
